Delete your Noula account
How to delete your account, in the app, on the website or by email, and what happens to your information.
Last updated: October 2026
In the app
In the Noula app or the Noula Companion app, open Profile and choose “Delete account”. The app tells you right away if something has to be settled first.
Back to contentsOn the website
Log in at noula.app, open your profile and choose “Delete account”.
Back to contentsBy email
Write to info@noula.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it’s you, and answer verified requests within 30 days, as our Privacy Policy states.
Back to contentsBefore you delete
An account can’t be deleted while a visit is under way, while visits are still upcoming (cancel them first), while a visit is under review, or, for a companion, while Noula still owes you a payout.
Back to contentsWhat we remove
Your sign-in and your personal details: name, phone, photo, addresses, saved cards, emergency contact, the care recipient’s details, availability, uploaded documents, notifications and your messages.
Back to contentsWhat we keep, and why
The law requires us to keep some records: visits, payments, payouts and incident reports. We keep them without your name, address or contact details, for as long as our Privacy Policy states. Messages and visit notes tied to an incident report are kept too, for safety, and your ratings stay, without your comments.

Write to info@noula.app. Deleting an account can’t be undone: to use Noula again, you’ll need a new account.
